At Zevora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet our product requirements, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with our policy.

Eligibility

1. Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
3. The original tags and accessories must remain attached.
4. Items damaged due to improper use, washing, ironing, or handling may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, customized or specially made products, and items marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Zevora customer support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the applicable exchange, replacement, or refund according to the circumstances.
